ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is not offered at this time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using USPS Ground Advantage, delivery standard is 2-5 days. Flat rate shipping fees start at $5.40 and go up with weight of the item.

We do not ship outside of United States of America at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Buyer pays for shipping label to return item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at flawlesslyonfleek01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
